Whether you’re on a long drive, doing chores around the house, or simply prefer listening over reading, you can now have any post read aloud to you with a single click.
How It Works
You’ll notice a small audio player widget at the top of every blog post. Here’s how to get started:
- Open any blog post on FRhurt.com.
- Look for the speaker/play button near the top of the article.
- Click Play ▶️ — the post will begin reading aloud immediately.
- Choose your voice — tap the voice selector to switch between available voices, including a natural-sounding female or male narrator. Pick whichever voice you enjoy most!
- Control playback — pause, resume, or restart anytime using the player controls.
That’s it — no app to install, no account to create. It works right in your browser on desktop or mobile.
Why We Added This
As authors, we believe stories should meet you wherever you are. Not everyone has time to sit and read a screen, and we wanted to make sure our words could travel with you — on a morning walk, during your commute, or while you wind down for the evening.
Every post on the site — all the way back through our archives — has been enabled with this feature, so feel free to explore and listen to anything that catches your eye (or ear!).
A Quick Tip
If you’re on a slower connection, the audio may take a moment to load the first time you hit play on a particular post. After that, it’ll be ready to go instantly on future visits.
